DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED POLICY
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility shifts to the customer. If you didn’t receive your package:
Check your mailbox, porch, or other delivery spots
Ask others in your household or nearby neighbors
Contact us and one of our customer service reps will follow up with the courier
If applicable, check with your building manager or mailroom
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed, but please contact us — we may offer a one-time replacement or discount at our discretion.
Consider shipping to a secure pickup location if you have frequent delivery issues.
OPTIONAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
For added protection, we offer optional 10% insurance on your order total. This covers your package in case of loss or theft during shipping. Insurance can be selected at checkout. If not selected, your order will not be covered.
